About Us

CBS Group works on a principal contractor or subcontractor basis providing complete interior and exterior fitting (including fascia’s and signage) in addition to removal services for clients such as major high street retailers, gyms, offices and many other businesses.

We work closely with our clients and appointed trade specialists to take the projects from idea to reality. This can be anything from a new property opening requiring interior (including wallpapers, plumbing, plastering, electrics and furniture), and exterior works to a facelift, refurbishment, facilities management or planned and preventative maintenance. The opening or closing of stores can also benefit from dilapidation works, waste, stock and fittings removals before opening or handing back to the landlord.


We can deliver a complete Installation project from the design phase through to project completion. Or, we can just assist with any bespoke installation works you may have.

Store and Office Closures

We specialise in the closing of commercial and retail closures and thus we are here to support you through the process. This ranges from a basic soft closure through to a complete strip out and white box closure. We can liaise with the landlord and surveyors to also help with the process and supply any needed certification before the premises are handed back.

Heating and Plumbing

We are fully qualified to carry out any commercial heating, water treatment and plumbing issues you may have within your buildings.


This is a core service provided by us, and we can make sure your properties are compliant and meets current legislation requirements.

Partitioning, Drylining
and Ceiling Fixing

We have extensive experience in this sector and can provide you with a variety of alternatives, such as relocatable partitioning through to Acoustic ceiling and doors including Fire rated lift walls ceiling and lift shafts. We also have an impressive library on these products should you require some information in the first instance.

Dilapidation Works

Every rented or leased commercial building will have a schedule of dilapidations. This is something we can assist with from helping to negotiate the official dilapidations with the surveyors through to the completion of the works for handover or a lease break. We pride ourselves on providing a bespoke and advisory project management service throughout all services we offer to our clients.

Stock & Fittings Removals

We provide a bespoke fully managed service for either a complete or partial commercial removal of stock and fittings.


Working with industrial, commercial and domestic clients providing a planned or preventative maintenance service for all internal and external works.

Due to our industry, we appreciate how important the environment is and aim to provide a donation of items to good causes or local communities, and any remaining waste is taken to specialist recycling centres. Usually only about 10-30% of waste ends up as landfill.

Any unforeseen issues on site are assessed and resolved in a professional manner to enable the project to proceed and complete on time. To support this, software platforms are put in place to ensure the project runs smoothly, and it gives the client the opportunity to see the progression of the project in real time.
